Dear Citizens of District 71,

I filed to run for North Carolina House of Representatives District 71 because I believe in pushing people to believe in themselves and to achieve their goals while taking responsibility for their actions.

I learned this at an early age from growing up in a family where everybody worked without making excuses. But, at the same time, everybody shared and pitched in where necessary to ensure that nobody went lacking.
